IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date." Representative Berkowitz placed a call of the House. The Speaker stated the call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 7 be adopted?" Amendment No. 8 was offered by Representative Croft: Page 20, line 30: Under Appropriation Items: Delete "96,009,800" Insert "97,609,800" Under General Funds: Delete "24,487,000" Insert "26,087,000" Page 21, line 20: Under Allocations: Delete "1,400,000" Insert "3,000,000" Representative Croft moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 8 be adopted. Objection was heard. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 8 be adopted?" The Speaker stated that CSHB 103(FIN) will be advanced to third reading on the March 14, 2001, calendar.
